As a Nutritional Therapy Consultant, I work with individuals who are lacking confidence in their food choices and struggling to know what steps to take to obtain a healthy lifestyle. I help my clients nourish their bodies with real, whole, nutrient-dense food.

Through a holistic approach (meaning the WHOLE person rather than just the parts), I will assist you in working towards your weight loss goals, balancing hormonal and blood sugar levels, supporting gut and digestive health, lowering inflammation, and increasing overall energy levels. My mission is to help YOU achieve your optimal level of health by making healthy and individualized adjustments in mindset and nutrition, and thereby reaching your goals.

If you are fully committed to making healthy changes in your life without looking back, this program is for you. During this 12-week (3 month) program, we will dive deep and get to the root of your health and food challenges, while determining your goals and working together to get you there. This program includes 8 face-to-face (in person or virtual) appointments, in-depth nutritional assessment, 2-week meal plan and recipes, pantry revamp and worksheet, market tour (if location allows) and worksheet, body image and mindset work, introduction to detoxification, and lots of education.


This 6-week program is very similar to our 12-week program, just condensed and a touch less intensive. To begin this 8-week journey we will dive into your struggles, and determine your health goals, and throughout the 8-weeks we will do everything we can to get you there. You will experience an in-depth nutritional assessment, a face-to-face appointment each week (in-person or virtually), food journal review, recipes, positivity and mindset work, and personalized education according to your individual needs. With this option, you have unlimited access to me by phone or email to have any of your questions answered.

HNL Monthly Option: $45/mo (Minimum of 4 months; long-term change takes time)

With the HNL Monthly option, we will have a monthly 45-60 minute phone call where we will discuss your struggles and goals, review your 7-day food journal, you’ll have access to an exclusive Facebook community of others enrolled in HNL programs for support, and make small and simple changes that can be made in your daily life in order to reach your health goals. With this monthly option you have unlimited access to me by email to have any questions answered. 

Keep in mind that my programs are not quick fix or “diet” programs. Long term changes do not occur overnight.
