As you probably saw over the past few weeks, I hosted a 7-Day Summer Reset last week. This was a full 7 days of breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes, a complete grocery list, daily challenges, daily education, and so much more. It was a blast to be able to communicate with the members via our Facebook group and encourage each other on our progress.
I worked so hard on all the information for this reset, and it was so worth it. One of the many pieces I sent to the participants was a pantry guide.
Your pantry is usually where the bad guys are hiding. Not REAL bad guys, I hope! You know what I mean; the preservatives, sugars, chemicals, and every other unwanted visitor that is snuck into our processed food products.
It can seem like a daunting task to go through your whole pantry, get rid of the bad stuff, and replenish it with better options, but it doesn’t have to be! I’ve created a thorough pantry guide that will help you more easily recognize those not-so-good options and teach you about what I think are the better and best options. AND I’ll explain why!
Click here to sign up and it will be sent straight to your inbox! Or click the picture below 🙂 Easy Peasy! (Check your spam folder if you don’t see it right away, sometimes that’s where it ends up unfortunately!)
*(If you are already on my email list and you want the pantry guide, just shoot me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send it to you!)
